Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Red Barn Service LLC, Abbotsford, WI (“Sponsor”), as part of its Red Barn Community Rewards program. Each monthly giveaway may feature a different local business partner, whose gift card is being awarded (“Partner Business”). The Partner Business is not a sponsor of this promotion and bears no responsibility for its administration.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, residing within the Sponsor’s service area (Abbotsford, Marshfield, Medford, Wausau, and surrounding communities). Employees and owners of Red Barn Service LLC and the featured Partner Business are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period. A new entry period begins on the 1st day of each calendar month and ends on the last day of that same month at 11:59 PM CST, unless otherwise stated on this page. Winner will be selected and notified within 3 calendar days of the entry period closing.
4. How to Enter. Complete the official entry form at redbarntoday.com/community-rewards during the active entry period, providing first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, city, and ZIP code, and indicating a prize delivery preference. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, per month. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Sponsor reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the winner selection process and to make all final determinations regarding eligibility and winner selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via the phone number or email provided at time of entry within 3 calendar days of selection.
6. Prize. One (1) gift card to that month’s featured Partner Business. Gift card value varies by month at Sponsor’s discretion (minimum $25), and will be disclosed on this page prior to and during that month’s entry period. Prize has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Partner Business or gift card becomes unavailable.
7. Prize Delivery. Sponsor is solely responsible for all giveaway logistics, including gift card purchase, winner selection, notification, and prize delivery. Winner may choose to receive the prize via hand delivery (when available) or pickup at the Red Barn Service office. Sponsor will coordinate delivery or pickup logistics directly with the winner upon confirmation.
8. Winner Verification & Claim. Winner must respond to notification within 3 calendar days to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within this window, an alternate winner may be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.
9. No Warranty Regarding Partner Business. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the goods, services, quality, or continued business operations of any Partner Business, or that any gift card will be honored by the Partner Business for its stated value. Sponsor disclaims any liability arising from a Partner Business’s failure to honor a gift card, discontinuation of operations, or any dissatisfaction a winner may have with the Partner Business’s goods or services.
10. Publicity. By entering, participants acknowledge that if selected as the winner, their name will be publicly posted on Red Barn Service’s website and social media, as described in this Section. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to publicly post their name and, at Sponsor’s request, a photo, for winner-announcement purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Providing a photo is optional and not required to claim the prize. This public winner announcement is separate from, and not limited by, the data-use restrictions described in Section 13 (Data Use) below, which apply to entrant information generally rather than the specific public announcement of the winner’s name.
11. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway, the Red Barn Community Rewards program, or these Official Rules, at any time without notice, including if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to this giveaway.
12. Release of Liability. By entering, participants release Red Barn Service LLC, the Partner Business, and their respective owners, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in this giveaway or use of the awarded prize, except to the extent such liability arises from gross negligence or intentional or reckless misconduct, which this release does not cover, consistent with Wisconsin law.
13. Data Use. Information collected at entry (name, email, phone, city, ZIP) will be used solely to administer this giveaway, including contacting the winner. Except for the public posting of the winner’s name (and photo, if provided) described in Section 10 (Publicity), Sponsor will not use entrant information for ongoing marketing or remarketing purposes unless the entrant is an existing Red Barn Service customer, becomes a Red Barn Service customer, or separately requests to be contacted through Red Barn Service’s website. Information will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
14. Platform Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote it. By entering, participants release each such social media platform from any liability arising from or related to this promotion.
15. Governing Law. This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
